Shipping & Returns

Shipping Policy

Orders placed Monday through Friday (excluding holidays) with Standard Shipping Method will be processed and shipped within 2-5 business days once credit card authorization and verification have been obtained. Orders placed on Saturdays and Sundays will begin processing the following business day. All customers will receive a confirmation email with tracking information when the order has shipped. Shipping windows are estimates and delivery dates cannot always be guaranteed.

All orders will be shipped via United Parcel Service (UPS) Ground:

  • UPS Ground (Estimated Delivery 2-6 Business Days)
  • UPS 3 Day Select (Three Business Days)
  • UPS 2nd Day Air (Two Business Days)
  • UPS Next Day Air (Next Business Day)


*Note* Jewelry displays will typically cause your shipping rates to increase because of the weight and dimensional size of these items. 

ALL SHIPPING CHARGES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. NO EXCEPTIONS.

 

Return Policy

All sales are final, except for items that were damaged in shipping or incorrect items. We do not offer exchanges. 

All claims must be made within business days of receipt of merchandise. Please email info@lapassionatedesign.com to request a Return Authorization (RA). The following information must be included in the email:

  1. Order number
  2. List of the returned items (Product code or SKU required)
  3. Reason for return
  4. Photo of damaged/defective item

Once a Return Authorization is received, please write the RA number on the copy of the invoice and attach it to the package. Any return without an invoice and RA number will not be accepted. Merchandise sent back without RA # will be refused and sent back to the sender at their own expense. Please mail your return to the following address:

Customers are responsible for all return shipping fees for non-damaged returns, including customs and duties for international returns. All returned items must be unused and be in original packaging (product cards and tags must be attached). 

There will be a 20% restocking fee, unless the return is for, but not limited to, defective, broken, or wrong items shipped. 

Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

Special orders are not subject to refunds and exchanges.
